Pre-registration – at least 10 days prior to the event:
- Adult: $30
- Youth (17 & under): $20
- Children under 5 no fee
Late registration – within 10 days of event or day of event:
- Adult: $35
- Youth (17 & under): $25
- Children under 5 no fee
Entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not tax-deductible.
- No alcohol allowed in the park. Participants must abide by all park rules and regulations. Hot and humid conditions may exist; please drink plenty of fluids before, during and after the walk/run.
- There is no charge for parking for participants during the event.

Overview
Get ready for a 5K run, 10K & 2-Mile walk that begins and ends at the beautiful Columbia Point Marina Park. Participants can join us for an in-person run or walk-run on their own time with our virtual option. All participants who register by the shirt cutoff date will get a popular soft-style t-shirt!
Head & Neck cancer is diagnosed in more than 68,000 people in the U.S. yearly. Head & Neck cancer is preventable. Head & Neck cancer is treatable. All funds raised will be used locally to provide financial assistance to Head & Neck cancer patients in need and to conduct Head & Neck cancer screenings in across the US.

T-Shirts
Participants who register at least 10 days prior to the race date will receive a free shirt. Participants who register after that, may ask about extra shirts at check-in.
Race Packet Pick-up
Packets can be picked up the day of the race an hour prior to race time.
Awards
All participants will receive a medal.
Overall top male and female will receive an award. All participants receive a medal and the first 3 male and female finishers in the 5K timed run in each of the age categories below will receive a lanyard pin.
11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and older
